Off-topic: cups for our forum users

Sorry for not posting for a while now. But there was the Football World Cup a lot of work to do, so we didn’t have time for writing. Besides: it’s like a thousand degrees in our office, and our brains are melting.

Anyway: When we relaunched our DevelopersZone we also launched a new forum. To be honest it has had quite a difficult start. (I guess that is because our components are so easy to integrate, so there are no questions. Or our support team is so great people would rather ask them than the forum community…) But still there were some brave users who started contributing.

To cut to the chase: the most active users get cups from us. On the left you can take a look at the cup we sent to Thomas Wilke from sycor. Thanks, Thomas, for this photo – it’s just great, with PTV all over! On the screen you can see PTV Developer Components in action. On the desk there is our brochure and a PTV pen. And last not least the cup. As you can see, we printed Thomas’ name on it.

    You even made a phone call because I was first to reply on the forums..

    1. Hi there, your cup is on its way. In fact, I gave it to my Dutch colleagues (PTV Benelux), but apparently they didn’t pass it on… I’m gonna call them right now!

      (By the way: I haven’t heard from them in a while now. Do they still need time to get over the defeat against Spain? Come on guys, only 30 years to go until your next world cup final!)

      1. well I know one of them is still busy, I’ve been bugging him with lots of question the last few days. But perhaps he is the only one that doesn’t care about football much 😛
