PTV software components are available on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.

Like in a car configurator, the PTV xServer package customer simply selects the Azure machine size (cores and RAM) and the required data centre location in the Azure Marketplace – and click! – soon afterwards the application is ready to be deployed. The per-hour calculation of performance as well as the billing process is simple and carried out directly by Microsoft. For us, the certification means that we are meeting the demand for cloud-based developer solutions that are also attractive for small and medium-sized companies but across a broader distribution channel, and we can therefore get more people interested worldwide.”
Applications and services like PTV xServer, which meet the requirements for Microsoft Azure Certified, are tested both by Microsoft and by the provider for their cloud capability.
