We would like to inform you about the changes in the Service Specification for PTV xServer internet. These changes affect the availability, availability measurement and maintenance notifications of the European, North American and Australian Cluster.
The following changes were made in the updated Service Specification and will apply immediately:
- The agreed availability was changed form 99,0% to 99,5%.
- The availability is measured every 5 minutes. The results are stored for analysis.
- Maintenance e-mails will be sent at least 5 days in advance.

This changes affects the availability of PTV xServer internet on the European, North American and Australian Cluster exclusively and does not have impact on the China and Japan Cluster of PTV xServer internet.
