From now the TIS 2.9 will get new data regarding Dynamic Traffic Information in the
Logistics products. While Traffic Patterns cover the historical situation during the day and the week, Dynamic Traffic Information considers the live road conditions. Real time changes in estimated travel times and the calculation of alternative routes are enabled.

To avoid the copying and to delete the old Feature Layer, the PTV Content Updates Service database and the dynamic folder (standard name: contentFolder) has to be deleted. This will be done automatically at every restart with the new PTV Content Update Service 1.20.1.1 or higher. For all the older Content Update Service versions, this has to be done manually.
