PTV xServer internet – URL Change for PTV xServer 1 and PTV xServer 2 API Requests

We want to inform you about an important update regarding our PTV xServer internet 1 and PTV xServer internet 2 APIs. In our ongoing commitment to provide you with more reliable and stable services, we are making a fundamental change to our hosting infrastructure. As a result, we are updating the URLs for all API requests.

Action Required: We kindly ask you to update your systems to use the new URL for all API requests. This change is effective immediately, and we encourage you to implement the new URLs as soon as possible to take advantage of our improved infrastructure.

Transition Period:

Start Date: Immediate
End Date: September 30, 2026

During this transition period, both the old and new URLs will be operational to ensure a seamless changeover. After September 30, 2026, the old URLs will be deactivated, and all services will only be accessible via the new URLs.
