PTV xServer internet – URL Change for PTV xServer 1 and PTV xServer 2 API Requests by End of September 2026

We would like to inform you about an important infrastructure update that requires your immediate attention. As part of our ongoing efforts to increase reliability and stability, we are upgrading the hosting environment for PTV xServer internet 1 and PTV xServer internet 2.
This upgrade includes new URLs for all API requests.

Immediate Action Required

Please update your systems now to use the new API URLs. (list below)
The change is effective immediately, and continuing to use the old URLs may result in service interruptions once the transition period ends.

Transition Period:

Start Date: December 20, 2024
End Date: September 30, 2026

Both old and new URLs will work during this period.

After September 30, 2026, the old URLs will be permanently deactivated. From that date onward, API access will only be possible via the new URLs.

To avoid last‑minute issues or unexpected downtime, we strongly recommend completing the update as soon as possible.
