A new request scheduler is updated with several benefits:
- The CPU is fully in operation during heavy request throughput
- Modules can be restarted on the fly without dropping requests (add new profiles, change properties in the xServer profiles, etc.).

Dear all,
I would like to inform you that a new licence file is recommended with our upcoming PTV xServer release 1.17 (expected for next week) in order to use the latest features.

PTV Mapserver 5.8.1.31 is now available for download.

Routing
- The percentage amount of Ecotaxe, which can be passed to customers is calculated and can be requested via IRouteLister6::GetSectionInfo(), by extracting the value of the key ecmNamedTollCostPercentageToPassOn.
